What Air to Air heat exchangers (VAM) are?

VAM units are a pair of air to air heat exchangers (energy recovers), which are installed to the ventilation system of central air conditioning units that need a percentage of fresh air. In VAM units the out coming air that has the psychometric data of the air conditioned space (hot or cold), pre-cools or pre-heats the incoming fresh air and this way the required (in kW) capacity of the air conditioning unit (local or central) is much less than the initial capacity that the installation would need before the VAM installation.
